Job Summary
Thunderfox Web is looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and generate qualified business leads for our custom website and app development services. You are free to use any ethical lead generation methods, including skilled networking, email outreach, referrals, social media, online communities, and other outbound strategies.
This is a 100% remote and performance-based (incentive-only) opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Identify businesses that require website or mobile app development services.
- Research and connect with business owners, founders, CEOs, and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through various online and offline channels.
- Build relationships with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Schedule discovery calls or meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain records of leads and follow-up activities.
- Meet agreed lead generation and appointment targets.
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation, business development, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and prospecting abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Compensation
This is a 100% incentive-based role. There is no fixed salary.
