*We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and provide information about our services. The role requires good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.*

*Key Responsibilities*
- *Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.*
- *Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.*
- *Explain company services/products clearly and confidently.*
- *Follow up on leads and maintain call records.*
- *Schedule appointments or consultations when required.*
- *Maintain customer database*
- *Address customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.*
- *Maintain professionalism and follow calling scripts and company guidelines.*

*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- *Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.*
- *Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role is an advantage.*
- *Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, office)*
- *Valuable listening skills and customer-handling ability.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
