Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon , Pune.This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients,



and expanding TES-AMM’s presence among multinational corporations and regional partners. Day-to-day activities include generating leads, researching market trends, preparing and delivering sales proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with operations and compliance teams to design solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements. The role also involves maintaining a strong sales pipeline, reporting on business development performance, and representing the company at meetings, industry events, and client visits.

Qualifications : (Industry experience : 5 years -10 years ) :
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in recycling, environmental services, logistics, or related industries.
- Solid skills in lead generation, opportunity qualification, and customer relationship management, with the ability to build and sustain
