Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target relevant customer segments with personalized messaging and offers
- Analyse campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels for maximum performance
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful ad creative
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advanta




- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks for the business

Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an E-commerce or digital marketing environment
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram), display advertising, and affiliate marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manage
- Robust analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimization strategies
- Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Experience with E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
