- Prepare floor plans, elevations, working drawings, and 3D visualizations for residential/layout projects
- Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, and site teams to finalize and revise designs
- Prepare documentation for statutory approvals (plan sanction, OC, etc.)
- Conduct site visits to ensure execution matches approved drawings
- Support sales team with layout plans and presentation material
