Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Manager to lead multiple engineering teams responsible for building and maintaining enterprise-grade backend platforms and cloud-native applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

This role combines robust technical leadership with people management responsibilities, including coaching, performance management, talent development, delivery ownership, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET backend development, experience managing distributed teams, and a proven track record of delivering scalable software products in a global environment.
- Lead and manage multiple engineering teams comprising approximately 10+ software engineers, senior engineers, and technical leads.
- Drive end-to-end product delivery, ensuring high quality, predictable execution, and alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with Product Management, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.




- Oversee planning, estimation, execution, and release activities across multiple product streams.
- Ensure adoption of Agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive engineering excellence through metrics, quality standards, automation, and operational best practices.
- Provide direct people leadership, coaching, mentoring, and career development for team members.
- Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, succession planning, and talent development activities.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and retention initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
