Role Description
The Senior Executive Corporate Sales will be responsible for driving corporate business growth by identifying, pursuing,
and closing opportunities with enterprise clients. This full-time, in office role based in Gurugram involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. The role includes building and maintaining long-term relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders, understanding their safety and risk management needs, and positioning TSM’s consulting solutions accordingly. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings and presentations, coordinating with internal consulting and delivery teams, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring a high level of customer service and account management. The Senior Executive Corporate Sales will also contribute to sales strategies, participate in industry events, and support marketing initiatives to strengthen TSM’s presence in target sectors.
