We are looking to hire a Manager/ Senior Manager in the Global Business Management (Health Business)

The Project Coordinator will support Project Manager in the planning, coordination, execution, and governance of transition and operational projects across MMGS. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving by managing documentation, tracking actions, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow-up.

We will count on you to:
- Support Project Manager in planning and delivering transition, transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, RAID logs, meeting minutes, action items, and key documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and timelines across onshore and offshore stakeholders.




- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and escalate concerns in a timely manner.
- Help ensure project activities stay aligned to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Support reporting and governance routines through accurate status updates and leadership-ready summaries.
- Assist with preparation of presentations, dashboards, and project updates for stakeholders and senior management.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth communication, documentation, and delivery discipline.
- Contribute to small coordination-led initiatives and continuous improvement activities as assigned.
