Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily mono-layer blown film extrusion production and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor machine performance, optimize process parameters, and minimize downtime and wastage.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and machine logbooks.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, raw materials, and machine capacity.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to maintain product quality as per specifications.
- Work closely with the Maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Lead, train, and monitor extrusion operators and helpers for safe and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, GMP, HACCP, BRCGS Packaging Materials, ISO 9001, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement through OEE enhancement, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
