Job Summary

The Senior Civil Site Engineer oversees all on-site civil construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and safety standards. The role involves managing site teams, subcontractors, and resources to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and subcontractors.
- Plan and monitor manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify contractor bills and quantities executed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Monitor project schedules and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Inspect and approve formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, finishing, and other civil works.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical recommendations.
- Maintain project documentation, site records, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- 5-8yrs years of experience in civil construction, with significant site execution experience.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects (depending on the employer).
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, and project management.
