Job Role Responsibilities Graduation (Mandatory)/ MBA/Post Graduation (Preferred) Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in NBFC/Bank (Preferred) Experience in sourcing business for different products in NBFC/Vehicle Finance Industry, working in or have worked in the same Geography Product Knowledge - Should have the relevant adequate business knowledge pertaining to the role. Market Knowledge - Should have understanding of the market trends influencing the business. Financial Understanding - Should have understanding knowledge of the financial concepts in line with the product and role.



Communication Interpersonal Skills - Should be able to express, exchange ideas, thoughts information in a transparent manner with individual or groups who are directly or indirectly associated with the line of business.
