We are a growing single-specialty General & Laparoscopic Surgical Hub in Surat and looking for a results-driven Head - Offline Marketing & Patient Relations to own offline patient acquisition strategy.

You won’t be managing brand awareness or digital ads. You will be owning building a strong B2B referral ecosystem, corporate empanelments and local community networks.

? What You’ll Do:

Build the Doctor Referral (B2B) Network. Identify, visit and build trusted relationships with General Practitioners (GPs) and family physicians across key regional corridors.

Communication Loop: Be the main point of contact between referring doctors and our clinical staff.



Provide seamless post-operative updates and develop long-term goodwill.

Drive Corporate & TPA Partnerships: Drive healthcare empanelments with local corporates, commercial hubs & trade associations.

Conduct High Impact Community Outreach Development and execution of targeted health awareness camps strategic alliances with diagnostic centres and Continuing Medical Education (CME) seminars designed for local medical associations.

Conversion Optimization: Work closely with our internal front desk team to ensure successful conversion of camp leads and walk-ins into formal OPD consultations.
