At Salocin Group we build data and AI-enabled customer experiences for some of the UK's best-known brands and charities. We're growing our engineering team in India and need a Creatio Developer who can do the do: configure, code, integrate and make Creatio work end to end for our clients.

Just as important, this is a role with somewhere to go. We want someone who codes now and grows into a Solution Architect over time. We'll back that journey with mentoring, certifications and increasing ownership as you earn it.

What you'll actually do

Build and configure Creatio: pages (Freedom UI), business processes, business rules and data models. Write the C# and JavaScript the platform needs. Build and troubleshoot integrations to other systems over OData, REST and custom web services. Get your hands into the surrounding stack that every Creatio implementation needs: SQL, data migration, and the odd bit of cloud plumbing (Azure or AWS). Work directly with the team and, increasingly, with clients to turn requirements into working software.

What we're looking for




- 3+ years building software hands-on, ideally with real Creatio implementation experience (or strong CRM/low-code platform experience you can transfer)
- Solid C# and JavaScript; comfortable with SQL and data modelling
- Experience integrating systems (OData, REST, web services) and thinking about data migration
- Some exposure to a cloud platform (Azure or AWS)
- The instinct to understand
