Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, and administer Microsoft SQL Server databases.
2. Perform database backup, restoration, and recovery activities.
3. Monitor database performance, troubleshoot connectivity, locking, and blocking issues.
4. Manage database security, maintenance, indexing, and statistics.
5. Support Always On, Log Shipping, Clustering, SSIS/DTS, and production database operations.

Requirements:

1. Experience in MS SQL Server Database Administration.
2. Strong knowledge of SQL Server Architecture, installation, and configuration.
3. Hands-on experience with Backup & Recovery, Performance Tuning, and Database Security.
4.



Good understanding of T-SQL, SSIS/DTS, DMV's, DBCC commands, and Clustering.
5. Exposure to Always On Availability Groups and Log Shipping.
