Position: General Manager – International Business

Location:
Pala, Kottayam, Kerala

Who We're Looking For
- Graduate/Postgraduate with MBA preferred.
- 10–15+ years of experience in
International Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing
.
- Proven success in formulation exports and business development across
Africa, South East Asia, Latin America, CIS, and other international markets
.
- Experience in
Cephalosporin/Antibiotic formulations
will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation,



and strategic business development skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive international sales growth and market expansion.
- Develop and manage global distributors and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and launch products in international markets.
- Lead commercial negotiations and achieve export sales targets.
- Work closely with Regulatory, Production, QA, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
