Key Responsibilities:

Drive growth and maximize overall branch performance.

Support expansion through strong leadership and strategic execution. Ensure high customer satisfaction by effectively addressing client requirements.

Oversee efficient and compliant operational performance across all functions.

Build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams. branch growth, profitability, and business objectives aligned with organizational goals.

Required Expertise & Experience:

• Proven experience in Branch Operations Management.

• Solid background in Business Development & Sales within logistics/supply chain.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities

• Sound knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and P&L; responsibility.

• Experience in statutory compliance, governance, and reporting.

• Prior experience in freight forwarding (Air & Ocean), managing operations, P&L;, business development, and team leadership
