Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – International Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in international sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience engaging with global prospects, generating qualified opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers in international markets through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Account Executives.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Execute outbound sales campaigns with a consultative approach.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.




- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly meeting and pipeline generation targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in International Sales, Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Proven experience selling to US, UK, Europe, Australia, or other international markets.
- Strong cold calling, email prospecting, and lead qualification skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.
- Strong research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, IT Services, Technology, or B2B sales.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar platforms.
