Under direct supervision, generate cash from customer account receivables (A/R) in an effective and timely manner. Develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships to effectively facilitate the collection process; Identify and address early and late stage challenges/collection issue. Provide routine level support to assigned accounts including organizing and maintaining data files related to customer A/R. Identify and record customer disputes; Review customer financial information to begin understanding elements of economic risk. May assist in credit investigations and evaluation.
