Role Description
As a BIM Modeler at MDES, you will create, develop, and manage detailed Building Information Models for façade projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design and construction requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting architectural and construction drawings, modeling façade systems and related elements,
and coordinating with design engineers and architects to incorporate project specifications. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural and MEP information into BIM models, review and update models based on design changes, and assist in producing shop drawings and documentation. This is a full time, on-site role based in Irinjalakuda, requiring close coordination with the local project and design teams.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a Modeler for design or construction projects.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Architecture and the ability to interpret and translate architectural concepts into accurate digital models.
