KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate drivers and transportation staff to meet daily operational demands
- Plan and optimize routes, delivery schedules, and vehicle assignments for maximum efficiency
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
- Conduct driver training, safety briefings, and performance evaluations
- Track fuel usage, mileage, and operating costs to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or violations, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, driver logs, and compliance documentation
- Ensure all vehicles are properly licensed, inspected, and equipped with required safety equipment

QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
- 0-1 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Solid knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety standards
