CEE CEE Solutions is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function as we continue to expand our operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR qualified with 5–10 years of experience who can partner with leadership, streamline HR processes, and contribute to the organization's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and conflict management.




- Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.
- Mentor and guide the HR team while fostering a positive and performance-driven work culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to support organizational growth and business expansion.
- Generate HR reports, analyze workforce metrics, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is preferred.
