Role Purpose

The Strategic Initiatives Associate will work closely with Factoryal’s partners across research, client coordination, AI-enabled tools, content, outreach, and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry, market, company, and competitor research for internal and client assignments.
- Document client meetings, maintain task trackers, score progress, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Support the development of frameworks, dashboards, assessment tools, and workflows using AI and no-code tools.
- Manage Factoryal’s social media calendar and coordinate weekly blogs from partners.
- Curate, design, and distribute the monthly newsletter while building segmented contact lists.
- Support corporate outreach for innovation, AI transformation, and startup engagement programs.
- Coordinate webinars, roundtables, workshops, and other community initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and internal knowledge assets.





Preferred Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in research, consulting support, program management in incubators & accelerators, marketing, or business development.
- Strong research, writing, presentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, AI tools, and project-management platforms.
- Able to manage multiple workstreams and convert unstructured discussions into transparent actions.
- Curious, organised, proactive, and comfortable working directly with senior partners.
