About the Role

We are looking for experienced Customer Service & Technical Support Representatives with a background in the telecommunications industry. In this role, you will assist customers by resolving service, billing, device, and connectivity concerns while delivering a positive customer experience.

This is a remote, project-based independent contractor chance open to qualified professionals located in the Philippines, India, and Egypt.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through inbound and/or outbound communications.
- Troubleshoot telecommunications service, device, and connectivity issues.
- Assist customers with account, billing, and technical inquiries.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and service setup.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction expectations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in Telecommunications (Telco)



Customer Service and Technical Support is required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Must be located in:
- Philippines
- India
- Egypt
