Responsible for procuring raw materials, components, electrical items, mechanical parts, fabricated items, and outsourced services required for the manufacturing of EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Cranes.

Key Responsibilities
- Procure mechanical, electrical, and structural materials required for EOT crane manufacturing.
- Compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery, and payment terms.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and obtain necessary approvals.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Identify and develop current suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
- Monitor pending purchase orders and expedite critical items.
- Achieve annual cost reduction through effective negotiation and alternate sourcing.
- Conduct market research for pricing trends of steel, motors, gearboxes, electrical components, and crane accessories.
- Coordinate with Stores for inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor purchase budgets, supplier performance, and delivery schedules
