Job Title: Product Specialist - Passive

You are passionate about investment products and looking to make a significant impact in the financial services industry We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be integral to driving the sales and distribution of our Passive Investment Products, which include ETFs, Index Funds, and Fund of Funds. As part of a leading asset management company, you will have the chance to engage with wealth partners, enhance product penetration, and contribute to the growth of Assets Under Management (AUM).
What Youll Do:
- Drive the sales and distribution of Passive Investment Products through various Wealth channels, ensuring a robust increase in product adoption.
- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key wealth advisors, distributors, and channel partners to foster long-term collaborations.
- Conduct engaging product presentations, training sessions, workshops, and investor awareness programs to enhance understanding and adoption of Passive Funds.




- Collaborate with partners to execute impactful sales campaigns, product promotions, and business development initiatives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets related to AUM mobilization and revenue generation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments within the Passive Investment and ETF segment to inform strategy.
- Work closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Maintain regular Management Information System (MIS) reports, providing updates on sales performance, AUM growth, channel productivity, and business pipeline.
- Drive awareness and effectively position our Passive Fund offerings across the distribution ecosystem.
