Role Description
The Costing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates for cosmetic packaging products, analyzing material, labor, and overhead costs, and ensuring quotes are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company margin targets. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing customer specifications, coordinating with design, procurement,



and production teams, and updating costing sheets and databases. The Costing Executive will track price variations, monitor supplier rates, and support negotiations by providing cost breakdowns and scenarios. This position also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying cost-saving opportunities, optimizing packaging designs for efficiency, and generating regular costing and profitability reports for management.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and basic cost accounting concepts.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, or experience in packaging, printing, or related manufacturing industries.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, product specifications, and customer requirements for accurate costing.
