Role Overview:
We are looking for a Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) to support the Production team with documentation, data handling, and basic process control activities. This role is ideal for freshers who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain hands-on exposure in a manufacturing/production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production documentation and maintain accurate records
- Assist with data handling, data entry, and reporting related to production activities
- Help ensure process control by following standard operating procedures
- Coordinate and ensure structured communication between Production, Stores, and Operations teams
- Maintain files, trackers, and basic MIS reports
- Support the production team in day-to-day operational tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Technical Skills: Good computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word/Google Docs, Data Entry)
