Role Definition
Supports customer inquiries for order lead time and order configuration change. Responsible for new orders and order change, make sure requests can be successfully received by order system.

Responsibilities
- Supervising and controlling recent sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
- Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.
- Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.
- Aligned customers order with Sales production plan to achieve the monthly goal.
- Primary contact with other departments department to manage sales and customer priorities.

Degree Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience desired
