About the Role:

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Email Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes outbound email marketing. This is
not
a strategy or management role. We need someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building campaigns, managing infrastructure, solving deliverability issues, optimizing performance, and continuously improving results.

What You'll Do:

Email Campaign Execution:
- Build, launch, and manage high-volume outbound email campaigns.
- Execute cold email campaigns from planning to deployment.
- Upload, clean, segment, and validate prospect lists.
- Configure campaign sequences, follow-ups, delays, and personalization.
- Monitor campaigns daily and optimize performance.




- Scale campaigns while maintaining a healthy sender reputation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow.

Email Infrastructure Management:
- Set up and manage Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and SMTP-based email accounts.
- Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records, custom tracking domains, and DNS settings.
- Warm up current email accounts.
- Rotate inboxes and sending domains.
- Maintain domain health and sender reputation.
- Monitor blacklist status and take corrective action.
- Troubleshoot technical email delivery issues.

Deliverability Optimization:
- Continuously monitor:
- Inbox placement
- Bounce rates
- Spam complaints
- Open rates
- Reply rates
- Domain reputation
- Improve deliverability through best practices.
- Diagnose and fix deliverability problems quickly.
- Test subject lines, sending schedules, and campaign variations.
- Ensure campaigns consistently land in the primary inbox.
