Role Description
The Human Resources Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling onboarding and exit formalities, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and statutory requirements.



The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating performance reviews, assisting in conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The role includes coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with job postings and interview scheduling, and supporting training and development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives that align with company goals and contribute to organizational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills to support overall people processes and organizational objectives.
