Role Overview

We invite energetic academicians and industry professionals to join our multidisciplinary engineering faculty. The role requires excellence in teaching, research contribution, and student-centric mentoring across core and emerging engineering domains.

The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering Outcome-Based Education (OBE), fostering innovation, and aligning academic practices with Industry 5.0 requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Deliver UG/PG courses in the respective domain aligned with OBE and NEP 2020 framework
- Conduct theory classes, lab sessions, tutorials, and project-based learning using modern teaching methodologies
- Design curriculum, course files, lab manuals, and assessment tools in line with NBA/NAAC standards
- Integrate industry-relevant tools such as MATLAB, AutoCAD,



ANSYS, ETAP, Python, TensorFlow, etc.
- Adopt LMS platforms, virtual labs, and blended learning approaches for enhanced engagement

2. Research & Innovation
- Publish research papers in Scopus/SCI/ABDC/WoS indexed journals and reputed conferences
- Guide B.Tech/M.Tech projects, dissertations, and student research publications
- Apply for funded research projects from agencies such as DST, AICTE, SERB, DRDO, and industry partners
- Contribute to patents, prototypes, consultancy, and product development initiatives
- Promote interdisciplinary research across engineering and applied sciences

3. Student Development & Mentoring
- Mentor students for placements, GATE, GRE, PSU careers, higher studies, and entrepreneurship
- Lead technical clubs and student chapters such as SAE, ISTE, IEEE, hackathons, and competitions
- Counsel students on career pathways in core engineering, R&D;, and emerging techn
