About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Engineering to lead our engineering organization responsible for building and delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions. This role will provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership across multiple engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution of product roadmaps while maintaining the highest standards of architecture, quality, scalability, security, and performance.

The Director of Engineering will work closely with Product Management, Quality Engineering, Delivery, and executive leadership to drive engineering excellence, foster innovation, and establish best-in-class engineering practices.



The ideal candidate is a robust technical leader with extensive experience in enterprise software development, cloud technologies, Agile delivery, and people leadership.

Key Accountabilities

1. Engineering Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, Architects, and Software Engineering teams.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Establish engineering goals, performance metrics, and delivery objectives aligned with business priorities.
- Drive engineering excellence through best practices, technical governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Product Management, Delivery, and Quality Engineering teams to ensure successful execution of product and customer commitments.
