Role Description
The Executive – HR/Legal role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kota, Rajasthan. The role includes managing day-to-day HR operations such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating payroll- and attendance-related activities. The executive will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Legal-related responsibilities may include assisting in drafting and reviewing employment letters, agreements, and internal policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company guidelines, and coordinating with external legal advisors when needed. The role involves collaborating with management and teams across the organization to ensure a compliant, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with the ability to support end-to-end HR processes.
- Experience in HR Operations, including documentation,



payroll coordination, and maintaining HR information systems.
- Knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies, with the ability to handle grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Understanding of basic legal concepts related to employment law, contracts, and regulatory compliance in India.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR/legal certification is an advantage.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in an HR or HR/Legal executive role, preferably in manufacturing, chemicals, or R&D-driven; organizations, is beneficial.
