- MBA (Marketing) / BBA (Marketing) / Graduate in Marketing or Equivalent.
- Required Skill Set :
- 2 7 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support.
- Experience in the Foundry, Castings, Heavy Engineering, Infrastructure, Automobile, Manhole Cover Manufacturing, or General Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Strong experience in customer handling, order processing, commercial documentation, and dispatch coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, online research/search, and excellent English communication skills will be preferred.

Description / Responsibilities (IN DETAIL)
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, and preparation of submittals.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Track order status, Work-in-Progress (WIP), production progress, and dispatch schedules.
- Maintain customer records, test certificates, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding order confirmations, payments, and outstanding statements.
- Support tender documentation, agent coordination, and after-sales reporting.
- Conduct online market research and competitor analysis to identify recent business opportunities.
