About the Role

We are a ServiceNow implementation and managed services practice with an offshore delivery center in Chennai, India. We deliver platform engagements across ITSM, ITOM, AIOps, CSDM/CMDB, Event Management, SPM, and HRSD for enterprise clients across regulated industries.

Role Summary

We are hiring an on-site Project Manager, based at our Chennai delivery center, to own end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow engagements from planning and milestone definition through execution, client reporting, and closeout. You will lead the Chennai delivery team day to day and act as the connective tissue between client stakeholders, onshore leadership, and the offshore engineering team, keeping scope, schedule, quality, and commercials on track across concurrent engagements.





This is a hands-on delivery role. You will run sprints, manage risks and change, produce leadership-facing status and decision material, and hold the line on scope and commitments while translating between technical delivery detail and executive narrative.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for one or more ServiceNow engagements: planning, milestone definition, execution, UAT, go-live, and hypercare/transition to managed services.
- Build and maintain milestone plans — e.g., multi-milestone CSDM adoption programs spanning gap analysis, table configuration reviews, data migration, Discovery execution, and duplicate CI remediation.
- Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives — and maintain JIRA boards, backlogs, and delivery trackers.
- Lead the Chennai delivery team day to day; manage handoffs and time-zone overlap with onshore
