Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Intern (Contract) will support Labsity™ in identifying and engaging prospective learners, interns, and team members for various programs and roles. This remote position involves sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening applications,



and coordinating interviews and assessments. The intern will assist in creating and posting role descriptions, maintaining candidate databases, and communicating with applicants throughout the hiring process. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, tracking recruitment metrics, and contributing to initiatives that improve candidate experience. The intern may also support employer branding efforts by drafting recruitment messages, social media content, and outreach campaigns.
