About The Job
The Controls Automation & Analytics Specialist enables productive, high-quality, and scalable
internal control testing




through data analytics, automation and agentic AI. The role prepares and validates large transactional datasets, develops repeatable automated tests to identify exceptions, and supports the testing team with data-driven insights and monitoring outputs.

The position sits within the Internal Control Testing and Automation organization and reports to the Director, Internal Control Testing and Automation.

Main Responsibilities
Data, Analytics & Automated Testing Delivery
- Define data requirements with testers and process stakeholders. Obtain and prepare extracts from source systems (ERP, sub-ledgers, workflow tools).
- Perform data quality and reconciliation checks (completeness, accuracy, duplicates, cut-off, mapping) and document results.
- Build and maintain automated tests (SQL/Python/R) to detect exceptions (e.g., duplicate payments, abnormal journals, master data anomalies).
