Role Description
The Bioinformatics Engineer will design, develop, and implement analytical pipelines to process and interpret sequencing and other biological data. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and organizing datasets, applying statistical methods, building and optimizing algorithms, and generating reproducible analyses and visualizations for internal and client-facing projects.



The role involves collaborating with domain experts to translate business and scientific questions into computational workflows, documenting methodologies, and maintaining code repositories and data processing tools. The Bioinformatics Engineer will also contribute to validating analytical approaches, ensuring data quality, and presenting findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a full-time, in office role based in Jamnagar.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Bioinformatics and Sequencing, with experience building and maintaining computational pipelines for biological data.
