Role Description
The MEP Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems based on design inputs and project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating CAD drawings, coordinating with engineers to incorporate design changes,



and ensuring that all drawings comply with relevant codes and standards. The role involves reviewing plans for accuracy, resolving drawing-related queries, and maintaining organized drawing records and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malappuram, requiring close collaboration with project teams and site personnel to support accurate implementation of MEP designs.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD or similar tools) and ability to produce clear, detailed MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including basic design principles and applicable codes and standards.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in drafting, and ability to interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and technical documents.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers, supervisors, and site teams in an in office environment.
