We are expanding our capabilities in Audio-Video System Integration (AVSI) to complement our strong Unified Communications (UC) business. We are looking for experienced AVSI Sales professionals to spearhead our AVSI growth across India. This role demands deep knowledge of AVSI technologies, customer-centric solution selling, and solid relationships with OEMs, partners, consultants, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive AVSI business strong technical design across enterprise and mid-market customers.

Own and support the full sales cycle: Installation prerequisites, site coordination, and understanding of integration solutions

Engage with Sales Team and clients to understand requirements and pitch integration and installation solutions based on client requirements.

Prepare comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs) for AVSI solutions including video conferencing, digital signage, command & control rooms, immersive AV experiences, and hybrid collaboration solutions.

Collaborate with sales, project, and delivery teams to create successful AV Installations tailored to client needs.





Forge relationships with AVSI OEMs like Crestron, Extron, Harman, QSC, Biamp, Shure, Barco, LG, Samsung, Poly, Logitech, Jabra, etc.

Requirements

5+ years of AVSI/Pro-AV Installation experience, preferably in B2B enterprise or system integration context.

Proven track record of installing integrated AV solutions not just hardware, but solution-led AV (design, deployment, services).

Strong understanding of AV-over-IP, hybrid meeting infrastructure, AV room control, video walls, immersive display tech.

Experience working with leading AVSI OEMs

Deep consultative selling approach with focus on solution discovery.

Strong presentation and customer engagement capabilities.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Preferably with AVIXA or any AV OEM certifications.

Strong grasp of collaboration solutions (Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco Webex) and their AV integration.
