Role Description
The Cyber Security Trainer role is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving cybersecurity training programs for learners at various skill levels. Day-to-day activities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting live virtual classes and workshops, and creating practical lab exercises focused on areas such as network, application,



and information security. The trainer will assess learner performance through assignments, labs, and evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and offer mentoring to support career development. The role also involves staying current with emerging threats, tools, frameworks, and best practices, updating course content accordingly, and collaborating with internal teams to align training programs with industry standards and certification paths.
