Siemens Energy India Ltd, Gas Services are looking for highly self-driven Contract management professionals for implementation of complex projects of gas turbines, Steam Turbine and Generators involving package upgrades, LTP. We need Contract management qualified who bring skills, creativity, and dedication to the table and help us in bringing value in project execution. He/she must be agile and hardworking. A Contract Manager oversees the entire project lifecycle (drafting, negotiating, executing, managing) to minimize risk, ensure compliance with laws/policies, and maximize value for the company, working with internal teams and external partners (vendors, clients) to manage obligations, deadlines, and disputes. Key duties include drafting contractual letters, reviewing, analyzing risks, ensuring adherence to terms, and maintaining organized contract records from Tendering stage to handover /completion of project. Responsibilities
- Implement contract management in brown field projects of large gas turbine, Steam Turbine,
- LTP contract in private and government sector.
- Overhauling of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Generator.
- Reviews and studies of the scope of works described by the contract document, project specifications, contract drawings and BOQ.
- Leverages interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple teams during design development with team located at US/UK/Germany, collaborating with different departments for efficient and on time inputs for all aspects of contract management.
