We are currently seeking an accomplished Japanese Language Trainer to join our academic faculty for a project-based, institution-level training initiative.

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Japanese Language Trainer to deliver institution-level training through a hybrid model – combining on-premise classroom sessions at our institutional campuses and client locations across Andhra Pradesh, Chennai, and Bangalore, with virtual online training via our digital learning platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong pedagogical expertise, cultural fluency,



and the ability to engage learners across academic and professional environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured, high-quality Japanese language training to students and professionals at the institutional level.
- Conduct training sessions in both on-premise (institution campuses/client sites) and online (virtual classroom) formats.
- Design and implement curricula aligned with JLPT frameworks (N5 to N3/N2 levels).
- Assess learner performance through regular evaluations, mock tests, and progress reports.
- Develop customized learning materials and resources for diverse learner groups.
- Track student progress, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve training methodologies.
- Ensure consistent learning outcomes across all delivery modes.
