you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our manufacturing plant. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety throughout the plant will be a key responsibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices. Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions to address any deviations from targets will be crucial. Additionally, you will manage the plant budget and resources effectively to achieve financial goals
- Bachelors Degree with 15+ years of experience, out of which five years in managing Site Operations Leadership roles covering overall Supply Chain functions viz, safety operations, Sourcing/Purchasing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Production operations, manufacturing engineering, World class manufacturing systems, Logistics, etc.
