Role Description
The Product Development Head is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division,



responsible for leading the end-to-end product strategy and development lifecycle for Track The Breach. This role oversees product roadmapping, feature prioritization, and execution, working closely with engineering, design, security, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact product releases. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product vision, conducting market and user research, analyzing product performance, and making data-informed decisions to optimize user experience and platform value. The Product Development Head will guide product managers, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities. The role also involves stakeholder communication, risk management, and continuous improvement of product development processes.
