Role Description
The Operations Executive – Air & Sea will manage day-to-day freight operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of air and sea shipments. Responsibilities include coordinating with carriers, agents, and customers, preparing and verifying shipping and customs documentation, tracking consignments, and resolving operational issues. The role also involves liaising with internal teams to maintain service quality, overseeing cargo consolidation processes, and supporting rate and schedule planning.



This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, requiring regular interaction with stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics operations.

Qualifications
- Experience in air and sea freight operations, including shipment coordination and cargo consolidation.
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures, incoterms, and basic customs and documentation requirements.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for liaising with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics or freight management software.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics, particularly in Singapore–India trade lanes, is an advantage.
