Role Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building long-term relationships with clients in the solar energy market. This full-time hybrid role is based in Gandhinagar, with a mix of on-site client meetings and internal collaboration, as well as some work-from-home flexibility for planning, follow-ups, and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential customers, qualifying and managing leads,



preparing proposals, coordinating with technical and operations teams, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new accounts. The role also involves maintaining existing client relationships through regular communication, monitoring customer satisfaction, and seeking opportunities to expand services. The Business Development Executive will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and report on pipeline and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
