we are specializing in the design and manufacturing of automotive seat frame components.

To support the launch of upcoming awarded projects, the company is strengthening its Production Engineering team and is seeking an experienced Press Engineering professional. In this role, you will work closely with the Japan headquarters and the Thailand regional headquarters, leading the technical aspects of recent project launches.

Salary

INR 3.0 5.0 million per annum (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

This is a key technical role responsible for coordinating with the Japan headquarters, Thailand regional headquarters, the India plant, and suppliers to ensure the successful launch of new automotive programs.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Production Engineering Department, you will be responsible for production preparation for automotive seat frame press components.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conduct Simultaneous Engineering (SE) studies for automotive seat frame press parts.
2. Perform manufacturability and formability evaluations using CAE analysis.
3. Review and optimize press die specifications and tooling concepts.
4. Coordinate technical discussions with suppliers for outsourced press components.
5. Collaborate with the Japan headquarters and Thailand regional headquarters on engineering reviews and technical alignment.
6. Lead production preparation activities for new vehicle projects.
