Work Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (Hybrid)
Location: Gurugram, Sector 48

Saturday & Sunday: Work from Home (US Hours)

Monday & Tuesday: Work from Office

Wednesday to Friday: Weekly Offs

Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls.
Resolve grievances and address their queries.
Provide timely and effective customer support.

Skills & Qualification

Minimum experience of 3-5 years is required.
Experience in an international voice process is mandatory.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle queries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.

Graduation mandate.
