Role Description
EUC Engineer
- Support : US shift ( 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM ) As a member of the End User Technology Desktop Engineering Team, you will be responsible for the administration and delivery of a modern, secure, and efficient desktop environment.
- This includes but is not limited to automated desktop builds, monthly patching, application packaging and deployment through Microsoft Intune, and Tier 3 desktop troubleshooting.
- You will also contribute to medium-to-large-scale projects that impact the entire organization.
- In this System Engineer role, you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the desktop technologies under your responsibility.
- A strong background in automation and enterprise desktop management is essential. We are seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in the automated building and maintenance of corporate desktops.
- Key responsibilities include:
Mandatory Skills Experience in patching Windows workstations using Autopatch/Hotpatch and PatchMyPC Experience with Intune for workstation patching configuration and reporting Experience with Tenable for reporting and reactive remediation Experience with Wiz for AVD OS patch reporting (including Windows) Deployment and management of Windows patches and third-party software updates.
- Application packaging and deployment using Microsoft Intune.
- Maintenance and improvement of the Windows automated build process for end-user devices.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows 10/11 desktops.
- Supporting and managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including application deployment and performance optimization.
- Documenting technical processes and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
